We have years of project management experience in the project management life cycle (Goal setting - JAD, scope, objectives, task, activity, resource management, budgeting, and risk management) 

Our accounting/bookkeeping department uses small business software to setup a non-profit organization and churches with charter of accounts and apply accounting transactions through the monthly processing and reporting cycle.  We produce reports (balance sheet, cash flow, profit and loss statements) that assist our non-profits and churches in measuring their accounting expenditures. 

 As a forecasting solutions provider we partner with our client’s in creating profoma's, and budget analysis reports that assist MM&T Solutions in guiding our non-profits in determining the steps needed in aligning their business according to their funding.
